We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer/Designer passionate about designing the interiors that shape the future of sustainable rail travel. You'll join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, efficient, and innovative train interiors that connect people and cities. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.
Your role, your impact
- Design and develop interior components and sub-assemblies from concept to first installation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments for your engineering scope.
- Utilize CATIA V5 and DMA for digital modelling while meeting performance criteria such as acoustics and weight.
- Collaborate with suppliers, project teams, and external engineers to achieve project milestones.
- Deliver precise engineering documentation and design reviews for internal validation.
What you bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent College diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design, ideally in rail, automotive, or bus industries.
- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Meeting design quality and performance metrics aligned with customer and project standards.
- Delivering engineering outputs on time and within assigned cost targets.
- Collaborating effectively across disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
