This role can be located in one of the following locations: Saint Bruno (QC), Kingston (ON), Brampton (ON), Thunder Bay (ON), Plattsburgh (NY), Pittsburgh (PA), or Hornell (NY)


You animate the network of logistics engineers within the region in driving operational excellence - specifically focused on logistics execution and supply chain end to end optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution center setup, as well as intimate knowledge of supply chain operations from purchase order management / logistics specifications through to delivery realization and optimization.



You play the role of vendor key contact for critical Logistics service provider(s)

  • Contribute to Monthly Performance reviews with Logistics providers and site supply chains
  • Drive continuous improvements initiatives with service providers


You drive consistency in process mapping, systems & data across Sites

  • Support deployment of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across Sites;


You lead key initiatives at cluster level

  • Launch and lead Logistics Outsourcing projects


 You facilitate the continuous improvement and transformation of the Logistics organization

  • Be a facilitator for Operational Excellence and Lean leadership applied in the domain of Logistics; occasionally lead Problem-solving or Kaizen events



  • A University degree in industrial engineering or supply chain field
  • Minimum 5 years, in similar position
  • SAP knowledge, an asset
  • Leadership, initiative and decision minded
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset
