International Logistics Coordinator - Oversized Transport

Your responsabilities : 

• You manage the movement of items as large as locomotives down to modules to build train cars.
• You work across multiple project teams to : 
  • Build the budget,
  • Build the processes for loading and unloading,
  • Define the performance metrics,
  • Choose partners to manage the movements, 
  • Follow up on a daily basis with the teams to make sure that the work is being done safely, at quality, and to cost.
• You are the primary interface to ensure that our products are reaching our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring trains and major sub-components are transported on time and in safe conditions
• Contribute to supplier selection and total cost of ownership decisions for manufacturing footprint decisions that have freight / transport considerations
• Act as expert within project teams on movement of rail cars 
• Drive consistency in process, systems & data across AT Sites
• Facilitates communication towards internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
