Efficiency & Data & Digital

  • In collaboration with Group P&E facilitate the use of HR data for business decisions. Acts as an enabler for the HRBPs by connecting them to the data available.
  • Supporting HR Director in their implementation of various initiatives across the scope. Acts as a Product Line HR project manager.
  • Facilitate the Product Line HR Leadership agendas and bring topics in the area of digital and data management (Team meeting, Agenda coordination, typology of reporting and action plan)

Connection & Learning

  • Animate a community of HR practices linked to digital HR initiatives (new tools) supporting HRIS roadmap
  • Training the in scope HR population on PMO and regular information/ update on Digital world related to HR
  • Manage a Digital HR community upskilling via Teams Group/ HR Learning Academy section skills of the future/ ad-hoc workshops
  • Participate to Region/ CoE transverse topics
  • Participate to the PL HRLT (extended) on specific agenda Items

Profile :

We are looking for an HR profile with 3-5 years of seniority in HR /Consulting in the IT world/ HR technological solutions. You’ve got PMO skills (proven track record of experience in PMO area: first project management experience, ability to structure, coordinate in complex environment, etc.) and digital skills (focus on easiness to work with technology, easiness to work with figures)

You are highly collaborative with a high level of energy, you are curious, investigative , solution oriented and agile to navigate in the matrix and able to deal with complexity.
