As a Finance Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4 professionals responsible for product introduction and project assurance in North America, as well as industrial control for 2 units.
  • Provide accurate, transparent information and performance tools to the solution director and their management team.
  • Assist operational managers with all financial matters related to their portfolios (guidance and interpretation of figures/data).
  • Challenge and provide insights on risk management, including the development of plans to optimize performance, ensure budget compliance, and implement corrective actions (cost and workload).
  • Provide adequate support to your team members to enhance their performance, ensure their development, and the quality of the information provided.
  • Provide all necessary analyses and assistance to the central regional management team and headquarters, upon request.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years, ideally in a manufacturing company.
  • Practical experience in the financial cycle (Actual/Budget).
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, honesty, integrity, courage, and conviction.
  • Establish partnership with site managers and functional leaders.
  • Reliable, well-organized, sets priorities, and performs tasks with limited supervision.
  • Capable of communicating across the organization.
