Join us as Communication Manager Canada, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA, to support a multi-platform communications strategy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • The person hired for this position will be responsible for building, developing, and protecting Alstom’s image and brand towards external stakeholders
  • Potentially evaluating advertising and sponsorship activities
  • Help support the promotion of the company’s mobility solutions with the commercial team
  • Lead customer communications relations and work with customers to support local events and projects
  • Help manage the company’s participation in a variety events such as exhibitions and conferences across the country, including developing content and messaging
  • The position calls for leading media relations in the country
  • Cultivating relationships with the media
  • Proactively working with media to raise awareness for the company, its success stories and project milestones
  • Serve as the company’s principal spokesperson in the territory and manage the country’s social media accounts

 

REQUIRED PROFILE:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of significant and relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Be adaptable and effectively manage priorities and potential crises
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrate collaboration creativity, proactivity, and a high sense of accountability to make decisions and act.
