Your role, Your impact
- Lead the full supplier selection process, including tender preparation and negotiations.
- Monitor procurement project QCDT and ensure compliance with work package commitments.
- Secure cost commitments by collaborating with costing and tender teams.
- Organize and lead Business Award processes using internal templates.
- Drive supplier performance improvements in coordination with the supplier quality team.
What you bring
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s in Purchasing/Business is a plus.
- 5 years of procurement experience in a design and manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and drive results with autonomy.
- Proficiency in managing supplier relationships, conducting negotiations, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions.

- Achievement of on-time, cost-effective procurement project delivery.
- Quality and compliance of supplier performance throughout the product development cycle.
