Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse operations and inventory management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributing to the success of our maintenance and logistics teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Team, Operation Team, Warranty Team, Depot Warehouse, and more), oversee NCR/repairable material management, and ensure stock accuracy and timely execution of plans, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of managing warehouse operations and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), but also lead initiatives for stock preservation, reconciliation, and compliance with safety standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing NCR/repairable material and consignment stock reconciliation.

Planning and deploying shifts effectively.

Overseeing long-term storage, preservation, and special stock management.

Performing receipt, issuance, and dispatch of goods using SAP transactions.

Ensuring accurate kitting plans and timely delivery to the shop floor.

Executing cycle counts, annual counts, and monthly reporting in SAP.

Resolving stock discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.

Managing scrap materials (hazardous and non-hazardous).

Handling shelf-life items and batteries with care and compliance.

Ensuring proper packaging and dispatch of materials for outbound delivery (OBD).

MBA or B.Tech with a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory processes.

Proficiency in SAP and ARIBA.

Ability to handle uncertainty and demonstrate business acumen.
