Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive training management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of training solutions that align with Alstom’s standards and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Bid Managers, ISR Project Managers, Service Platform REF LIB Managers), coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee the preparation and execution of training deliverables.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the training team and ensuring compliance with international standards, but also promote innovative training tools like simulators, e-learning, and virtual reality.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing the training management plan

Coordinating the development of training materials

Managing training planning (forecasting, execution, follow-up)

Evaluating training outcomes

Ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets are met during tender and project phases

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and integrate training materials
-
Promoting standard training practices compliant with international standards

Capitalizing on data and best practices to enhance future projects

Encouraging the use of innovative and pedagogic training tools

Engineering University Degree or equivalent (mandatory)

Specialization in training (desirable)

10-15 years of experience in training within ISR Engineering scope

Technical knowledge of railway maintainability aspects

Experience in a maintenance contract (desirable)

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of ISR elements applicable to railway equipment
