We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the right hand of the Project Manager/Chief of Development/Chief of Operations on all schedule-related matters

  • Applying the Project Scheduling Process and promoting time management practices across the team

  • Building and maintaining project schedules based on contractual targets and stakeholder inputs

  • Leading periodic schedule sessions and providing timely updates on progress

  • Identifying potential delays, analyzing critical paths, and proposing mitigation actions

  • Contributing to Earned Value Management in collaboration with Finance teams

  • Ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders

  • Providing input and support for industrial planning and configuration management

  • Delivering schedule analysis and reports to support project decisions
