Could you be the full-time Industrialisation Engineer in Sabarmati we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and process engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the industrialization and process engineering activities for locomotive maintenance, ensuring efficient implementation of workstations, tooling, and processes aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, ISR & Engineering, Fleet & Warranty, EHS, and Quality teams), simulate tooling designs and layouts, create industrial documentation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement, but also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the industrialization of maintenance, overhauling, and warranty activities

Simulating and updating tooling designs and layouts as needed

Creating and validating industrial deliverables and training plans
-
Implementing and improving industrial processes while respecting safety and EHS standards
-
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency

Contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial standards and practices

Degree in Electrical Engineering (BTech/BE) from a recognized university

Minimum 5 Years of Experience or understanding of industrial processes, tooling design, and lean manufacturing

Knowledge of rolling stock components and locomotive systems

Familiarity with crimping, AutoCAD, and CATIA
-
A strong understanding of Quality and Safety standards

Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Analytical and problem-solving skills
