Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated teammates.
You'll lead the Configuration and Design Change Management for our projects, ensuring technical excellence and sustainability. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business (Services Project managers, RS Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.), optimize maintenance plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically be responsible for analyzing system performances, managing obsolescence plans, and updating technical documentation, but also developing work instructions from maintenance plans.
We’ll look to you for:

Ownership of Configuration and Design Change Management

Technical performance management and continuous improvement initiatives

Optimization of maintenance scopes and tasks

Support in cost reduction strategies

Implementation of product modifications to enhance reliability and serviceability

Leadership in the development of maintenance engineering tools and processes

Degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

Experience or understanding of railway systems, rolling stock, or locomotive systems

Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and services engineering maintenance

Familiarity with safety management systems and risk assessment
-
A proficiency in MS Office, SAP, BI/BO
-
Strong problem-solving capabilities

Technical risk management skills
