Could you be the full-time Logistic Supervisor in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and operations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside agile, responsible, and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials and goods, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Warehouse, Material Planning, and Freight Forwarding teams), manage cost-effective freight arrangements, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating faulty parts packaging, transportation, and delivery to suppliers (both onshore and offshore), but also support customs export and import clearance.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Freight forwarder mobilization and management

  • Logistics Work Package Management

  • Pickup and delivery of incoming and outgoing materials

  • Verification of freight forwarder bills and ensuring timely payment release

  • Optimizing freight costs (LCL and FTL)

  • Supporting the warehouse for timely material pickup and delivery

  • Ensuring EHS and Quality standards as per Alstom processes and guidelines

  • Monthly logistics progress reporting

  • Coordination with Warehouse and Material Planners

  • GR Waiver indent and closure reconciliation

  • MBA, B.Tech, or a diploma graduation with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Experience in warehouse operations and logistics management

  • Knowledge of SAP and ARIBA systems

  • Familiarity with freight cost optimization strategies

  • Strong customer focus (both internal and external)

  • Ability to manage with vision and purpose

  • Agility in dealing with uncertainty and business acumen

  • Excellent team player with strong communication and empathy skills
