Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialisation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll lead digitalization initiatives and play a key role in industrialisation activities involved in operations and maintenance, ensuring efficient implementation of workstations, tooling, and processes aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, ISR & Engineering, Fleet & Warranty, EHS, and Quality teams), create industrial documentation and processes, and integrate these into SAP/GSI.
You’ll specifically manage SAP/GSI aspects involved in daily industrialisation activities such as work instructions, task lists, bill of materials (BOM), and industrial KPIs, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for all industrialisation/process aspects.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the industrialisation of technical documentation in alignment with standard operating procedures

Defining and implementing industrial processes, deliverables, and tools for project execution

Creating and validating industrial deliverables and training plans
-
Supporting project execution by adapting industrial processes to changes in design, maintenance plans, and operating modes

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency
-
Contributing to continuous improvement to optimize productivity, industrial KPIs and standards, quality, and safety
-
Managing and optimizing SAP/GSI data related to industrial processes, BOM, and KPIs
-
Supporting and training team members on SAP/GSI and digitalisation processes

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (BTech/BE) from a recognized university

4+ years of experience in the railway industry

Expertise in SAP/GSI and ability to manage industrial data (e.g., WI, BOM, task lists, KPIs)

Strong understanding of ERP workflows for industrialisation

Knowledge of work instructions, tooling, workstation setup, and process optimization
-
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Understanding of rolling stock components and locomotive systems
-
Proficiency in creating and validating industrial deliverables and digital documentation

Competence in IT tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)

Analytical and problem-solving skills for industrial KPIs and process improvement

Ability to implement and monitor quality, safety, and environmental standards in industrial processes

Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Adaptability to changes in design, maintenance plans, and operating modes

Proactive leadership and initiative in driving digitalisation and industrialisation improvements

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in SAP/GSI data and industrial deliverables
