Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in planning and project management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and proactive teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing the balance between demand and resources to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Manufacturing, Testing, Industrialization, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless production planning and resource optimization. You’ll also contribute to planning instances, monitor production plans, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing demand forecasts, managing the Master Production Schedule, and ensuring adherence to industrial planning best practices, but also collaborate across departments to address bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying Industrial Planning Golden Rules and EHS (Environment Health Safety) standards.

  • Managing demand forecasts in Core Planning Tools and ERP systems.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build and update the Master Production Schedule.

  • Conducting bottleneck analysis and proposing recovery scenarios.

  • Monitoring production plan adherence and addressing delays through root-cause analysis.

  • Ensuring data accuracy in ERP and planning tools, and managing communication with stakeholders.

  • A Master’s degree from a university or engineering school.

  • Experience in planning or project management.

  • Knowledge of end-to-end industrial planning processes and their impact on ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in Core Planning Tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • An innovative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to synthesize and address critical issues effectively.
