Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical repair and test bench expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll perform product failure expertise, analyze test reports to diagnose the root cause, and define the correct repair activity, ensuring the integrity of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Logistics, Project Management, Suppliers), maintain test benches, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of driving change management processes for electronic products, interfacing with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and proposing improvements for test strategies. You will also be the key user and workshop referent for any test bench subject.

Setting up and maintaining the Electronic room and ensuring 5S is deployed

Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Experience or understanding of industrial tests and electronic factory operations

Knowledge of technical test software and architecture

Familiarity with Train Control systems and related processes

An IPC 7711/7721 or IPC A 610 certification

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
