Could you be the full-time onsite Train Design for Operations in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your train design and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring structured integration between product engineering at both train and subsystem levels and manufacturing engineering to deliver a consistent product and process definition. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and project management), drive co-development to fulfill project QCD objectives, ensure final assembly industrial performance, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring structured integration between product engineering at train level and subsystem level. ,

  • Collaborating with manufacturing engineering to deliver a consistent product and process definition. ,

  • Supporting the Chief of Development in achieving project objectives. ,

  • Driving co-development activities to align with project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets. ,

  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to train design and assembly processes. ,

  • Ensuring compliance with technical and industrial standards.

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of train or subsystem development processes. ,

  • Familiarity with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives in project management. ,

  • Knowledge of manufacturing engineering and product integration. ,

  • Ability to ensure alignment between engineering and manufacturing processes.
