Join us as a Tooling Engineer, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Sahagun, Hidalgo.


As a Tooling Engineer, you will support tooling requirements for projects, warranty, and service functions, make sure

tooling and equipment optimally support manufacturing by optimal design, support tooling implementation, and calibration.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop CAD design of tools, jigs, and fixtures according to project requirements and timelines;
  • Tooling measurement using CMMs equipment (Arm Faro and Laser Tracker);
  • Create technical documentation, according to applicable industry norms and legislation, with a special focus on HSE;
  • Support the storage of tools and equipment. Support spare parts process for tools for tooling preventive maintenance program;
  • Develop tooling maintenance program in line with TPM requirements. Support maintenance programs and change implementations.


Key requirements:

  • You have Mechanical Engineering or in a related area;
  • You have 4 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have measurement skills with 3D equipment such as Faro Arm and Laser Tracker;
  • Design experience with Catia software;
  • You have a solid knowledge of GD&T;
  • Your level of English is intermediate
