Could you be the full-time Technical Customer Interface Support in Sahagun, Mexico we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lucas Herrera (Technical Interface Director) and work alongside passionate, motivated and collaborative teammates.
You'll be the bridge between the customer, in front office, and the remote development team. Day-to-day, you’ll ensure that the product being developed remotely will fulfil customer and regulatory requirements with respects to the contractual scope (based on “as sold”) and according to the project QCD commitments.
You’ll specifically take care of clarify technical contract and ensure that engineering solution will satisfy customer / final users concerns
We’ll look to you for:
• Organize technical meetings and reviews with the remote development team and in appropriate time with consideration of the project schedule.
• Report what the engineers have determined to be doable within the given constraints and projects QCD decision.
• Get the right level of expertise to support technical meetings / reviews with customer.
• Participate as customer voice to technical risks and opportunities management.

• DEGREE OR PASSION IN Electrical or Electro mechanical Engineering
• Experience or understanding of Technical requirements management
• Ability for problem solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
• Customer orientation, building strong and trust relationship
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish bot written and spoken.
