Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to designing and developing high-quality schematics and apparatus that drive the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, manufacturing, and quality assurance), ensure compliance with technical standards, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creating and updating electrical schematics using specialized design tools. ,

  • Selecting electrical apparatus and ensuring their compatibility with system requirements. ,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. ,

  • Reviewing technical documentation and ensuring adherence to industry standards. ,

  • Supporting the resolution of technical issues during the project lifecycle. ,

  • Participating in design reviews to ensure quality and compliance. ,

  • Providing technical expertise to optimize system performance. ,

  • Ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. ,

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of designs and modifications. ,

  • Continuously improving processes and staying updated on industry trends and innovations."

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of electrical schematics design and development. ,

  • Knowledge of railway systems, components, and standards. ,

  • Familiarity with CAD software tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN. ,

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. ,

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. ,

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation. ,

  • Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies. ,
