Could you be the full-time onsite Project scheduler in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project scheduling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a critical role in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring timely progress reporting, and driving efficiency in project execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (stakeholders, suppliers, and the core project team), participate in periodic project schedule review sessions, and report potential delays to ensure project success, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • You’ll specifically take care of updating full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticality, but also preparing standard progress reports and collecting time-related progress information. ,We’ll look to you for: ,

  • Maintaining schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to the Time Management Plan and company's procedures. ,

  • Collecting progress information from stakeholders and suppliers. ,

  • Participating in periodic project schedule review sessions. ,

  • Reporting actual or potential delays to the core project team. ,

  • Preparing standard schedule and progress reports. ,

  • Ensuring timely updates of schedules.

  • Degree in Engineering or Business ,

  • Experience or understanding of project scheduling ,

  • Knowledge of scheduling tools ,

  • Familiarity with MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ,

  • Good interpersonal skills; a team player ,

  • Accuracy and attention to details ,

  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment ,

  • Prepared to learn ,

  • Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industries ,

  • Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool
