Could you be the project document controller in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project document control expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of translated design and engineering documents, contributing to the success of critical projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, design, and project management), conduct technical reviews of translated documents, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Reviewing translated design and engineering documents for technical accuracy and consistency.

Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s documentation standards and protocols.

Managing document control systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Identifying and addressing discrepancies in document translations and formats.

Supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in documentation processes.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience or understanding of document control processes in an engineering or technical environment.

Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.

Familiarity with translation workflows and multilingual documentation processes.
