Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to the seamless integration of mechanical systems in trains, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design engineers, CAD specialists, and production teams), coordinate technical solutions for equipment integration, and support industrial integration reviews and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing requirements and ensuring their compliance in design and validation. ,

  • Defining solutions to integrate mechanical equipment into the train. ,

  • Creating space models and agreeing on interfaces with different teams. ,

  • Supervising the design of main parts and integration drawings. ,

  • Performing calculations when necessary to ensure compatibility. ,

  • Coordinating the design team (engineers and CAD specialists). ,

  • Documenting and releasing technical files in internal systems. ,

  • Supporting industrial integration reviews and resolving production issues. ,

  • Preparing technical solutions for bids and tenders. ,

  • Ensuring high standards of quality and customer focus in all deliverables."

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master of Science). ,

  • Experience or understanding of mechanical engineering applied to railway products (minimum 5 years). ,

  • Knowledge of mechanical integration and basic principles of systems engineering. ,

  • Familiarity with CAD systems (CATIA preferred) and PDM tools (ENOVIA or Team Center preferred). ,

  • Technical English proficiency (reading, writing, and participating in meetings). ,

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. ,

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. ,

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ,

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to product quality. ,

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
