Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical integration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to designing and integrating mechanical systems that shape the future of transportation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, production, and quality assurance), support project milestones, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Designing and integrating mechanical systems in compliance with project requirements and technical specifications. ,

  • Conducting detailed analysis and validation of mechanical designs to ensure optimal performance and safety. ,

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and systems engineering, to achieve project objectives. ,

  • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and validation results. ,

  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. ,

  • Providing technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, and commissioning phases. ,

  • Proactively identifying and resolving mechanical design challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards. ,

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and methodologies. ,

  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. ,

  • Contributing to a culture of innovation, adaptability, and resilience in the face of engineering challenges."

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of mechanical integration processes in rail or transportation systems. ,

  • Knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural analysis, and system integration. ,

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and PLM tools. ,

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ,

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges. ,

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ,

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. ,
