Could you be the full-time onsite Mechanical Integration Mechanical Engineer in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll contribute to creating innovative solutions that transform the mobility landscape, designing and integrating mechanical subsystems that ensure safety, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and suppliers), manage engineering change requests, and support testing and verification processes, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creating and maintaining 3D models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies ,

  • Verifying that designs comply with allocated spaces and defined interfaces ,

  • Preparing space allocation mock-ups (SAM) and installation documentation ,

  • Reviewing and validating feedback from suppliers ,

  • Participating in technical discussions to define solutions ,

  • Managing engineering change requests ,

  • Supporting tests and verifications at the plant or with suppliers ,

  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality and technical compliance ,

  • Applying a rigorous approach to design and documentation to meet safety and efficiency standards ,

  • Contributing to the development of innovative, sustainable, and smart mobility solutions"

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of mechanical design, preferably in heavy industry (2-3 years). ,

  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and 2D drafting tools (CATIA V5 or 3D Experience preferred). ,

  • Familiarity with PLM systems such as ENOVIA or Teamcenter. ,

  • A strong command of English, with the ability to participate in technical conversations. ,

  • Rigor and attention to detail. ,

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ,

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams. ,

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. ,

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
