Could you be the Mechanical Integration Lead in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a key role in driving the successful integration of mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions that meet project requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, manufacturing, and project management), lead mechanical integration activities, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the mechanical integration domain within the engineering department. 

  • Defining and validating mechanical integration strategies and solutions. 

  • Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and regulations. 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align mechanical designs with project objectives. 

  • Managing the planning and execution of mechanical integration tasks. 

  • Mentoring and guiding team members to foster professional growth.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 

  • Experience or understanding of mechanical integration processes and methodologies. 

  • Knowledge of system design, manufacturing processes, or mechanical systems engineering. 

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD tools or other relevant design software.
