Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll ensure the seamless availability of goods for pivotal Alstom projects, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Quality Assurance, Production), monitor Supplier's performance KPIs and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Tracking and following up on deliveries to prevent shortages,

  • Coordinating with suppliers to resolve any supply issues,

  • Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers,

  • Forecasting future inventory needs based on project demands,

  • Continuously seeking ways to optimize material planning processes


All about you

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,

  • Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

  • Completely bilingual, since you will be in contact with international suppliers and customers.
