Could you be the Welding Production Manager in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your welding production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive impactful improvements in occupational safety, including contractor management, while ensuring efficient time management across operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain), implement continuous process enhancements, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Managing time and resources effectively to meet production deadlines.

Leading and supervising the welding production team to achieve operational excellence.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a culture of safety across all operations.

Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to maintain high production standards.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving their implementation.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve production challenges.
