Could you be the full-time onsite Bid Manager in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic planning and cross-departmental coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business success by overseeing all aspects of bidding, from identifying potential opportunities to submitting compelling proposals that meet client needs while ensuring profitability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sales, Engineering, and Finance), ensure strict adherence to deadlines, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for bid submissions. ,

  • Coordinating cross-departmental teams to gather necessary input and resources for proposals. ,

  • Preparing and reviewing proposals to ensure they align with client requirements and company objectives. ,

  • Managing timelines and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines for bid submissions. ,

  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the bid process.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field combined with strong experience in manufacturing,

  • Experience or understanding of bid management processes and project management,

  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and risk assessment,

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills,

  • Advanced English
