Purpose of the Job

Drive and monitor workload management (Projects, Programs, Platfroms, Transverse Activities) across D&IS business through S&OP process. Lead the data capturing and structuration, consolidation, analysis and reporting. Support the business assumptions for growth, competitiveness and anticipated actions.   

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Consolidate the D&IS global workload view (business compliance, evolution, 3YP strategy adherence, action plans)
  • Ensure the proper load/capacity capturing at origin information: master data structuring, resource and load proper breakdown
  • Lead the process digitalization across the business  
  • Deploy and ensure right comprehension and implementation for S&OP Processes in D&IS Transversal functions, Platforms, Regions and Sites
  • Lead and animate Global S&OP network
  • Propose improvements in a consistency way with D&IS Central Team
  • S&OP Process deployment and application
  • Load and Capacity Management for D&IS
  • Provide key elements to support Strategy and Business Compliance
  • Ensure PIO/PDO and Solutions adherence accordingly
  • Secure Commercial and R&D assumptions

 

Experince

  • A degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a strategic planner, business analyst or workload at portfolio level – (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry strategies.
  • Experience to work with process and communities across business. 
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to interpret relevant data.
  • Skills on tools for analytics: QlikSense, PowerBI, Excel.
