Overview

Ensure our products provide a high level of quality which meets our customer expectation. The Quality Engineer will put in place a system to measure performance and quality and then report to management the findings.

 

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the compliance of the purchased & internally repaired products through the verification of defined requirements at the incoming inspections
  • Complete NCR and raises problems detected
  • Track customer complaints and participated in the analysis and  control of parts under customer warranty
  • Participates on the implementation of action plans from supplier/internal NC and customer complaints
  • CONQ capture
  • Participates in the update of QMS procedures related with inspection activities
  • Participates in industrial audits

 

Educational Requirements

  • Technical Degree (Engineering  mechanical or electro-technical background is preferred)
  • Specific training in Quality System/Audits and problem solving desired

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Strong technical background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
