Title: Engineering Leadership Rotational Program.



The Engineering Leadership Rotational Program provides an opportunity for entry level engineering students to experience and explore a well-rounded and diverse set of experiences and opportunities. The program will expand on an individual’s knowledge and strengths in their collective area of engineering education and focuses on introducing practical systems and project base principles, while providing experiences. The individual will graduate from the program as a technically astute, well-rounded individual, with a spectrum of knowledge and experiences in practical engineering initiatives and principles , development process improvement initiatives, product development and commercialization, and a strong sense of system engineering . 



This individual will learn the entire state of-the-art methods of engineering, and business aspects through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes:  Project & System Engineering, Software Development, and Application Engineering. The program will focus on process integration to application engineering to how to ensure safety and quality products meeting our customers' expectations. This program is designed and intended to successfully integrate all engineering components within Alstom along with other key processes and systems. The experience gained during the rotational assignment positions the successful Leadership Program members for accelerated career growth.


Program Qualifications :

  • 4 year Engineering, or Industrialization and/or Quality degree
  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.5/4.0
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Prior intern or research experience in engineering
  • Lead candidates will receive an offer letter from Human Resources


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational and configuration management skills
  • Examples of Leadership on College Activities and Course Projects
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Examples of a Team Player with examples and experiences
