Provide proactive predictable financial management and reporting that enables the project team to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks in order to achieve or surpass project cash flow and gross margin performance goals.



  • Maintain the company’s revenue and cash forecast for the assigned project
  • Manage the controlling and financial reporting of assigned projects in accordance with internal control rules (billing, revenue recognition, estimation of costs to complete)
  • Ensure project accounting is in accordance with company guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition
  • Prepare and lead periodical project reviews and the periodical project financial presentation with all relevant financial analysis
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure consistent accounting (margin and revenue milestone recognition) and reporting across the project
  • Produce all financial project reporting as requested (forecast cash flow, revenue gross margin)
  • Control and have at all times full knowledge of all financial movements within the project scope, ensuring they are correctly and accurately reported
  • Ensure accuracy of actuals and cost to complete data of assigned projects
  • Anticipate and communicate, as soon as possible, any variance in estimate at completion or change in project revenue or cash forecast
  • Ensure that Work package commitments (Quality, Costs, Delay: QCD) are properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basis
  • Supports the project team in the controlling/financial management of their Work packages/Project Support the Work Package owner/project team in the financial management of his Work Packages and project
  • Support the WP owner in the WP review with the project
  • Validation/Definition of milestones in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) rules
  • Prepare and review periodic project review reports and work package reports
  • Provide all finance reporting for assigned projects
  • Is the interface with the Project Controlling Manager for all project financial issues
  • Must meet VIE French Program requirements*



Education requirements

  • BS Degree in Business Administration; Accounting; Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience, including long and complex project control
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP (GSI)
