Purpose of the job

  • The train movements are monitoring and controlling for Train Traffic operations, Power Management and Security Services Management are performed using by ICC System (Integrated Control System), by receiving information and sending control the from/to Interlocking System, Automatic Train Control System, SCADA System, Security Services and Other interfaces like Passenger information system.
  • In charge of the overall Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) of the Program: Quality, Costs (both recurrent and not recurrent), development lead time and System/Product performances (with safety demonstration, if needed)
  • Operationally manage the Metier resources allocated to the program, provide leadership and ensure that the program teams fulfil efficiently its duties, including Projects technical support 

 

ICC System includes 3 subsystems: ATS, SCADA and Security System. The ICC Program Manager main responsibilities are:

  • Accountable to deliver ICC QCD commitments.
  • Supervise system deliveries (specification, architecture, interface).
  • Make sure technical design is consistent.
  • Supervise system deliveries (specification, architecture, interface).
  • Ensure that all domain /metier activities follow applicable processes.
  • Make communication with Projects, Services, customer and ensure ICC documentation are approved.
  • Report ICC QCD performance to PM/PrEM.

 

 

 

Educational Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.

 

Experience

  • Experience in Signaling ICC project management, PTC, CBTC
  • Sw background (Client, server architecture, Data Base)
