 As the ALM Deployment Leader you will be the official contact at the Site to deploy and operate projects and programs with ALM. The ALM Deployment Leader is responsible for adapting ALM according to Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) business guidance. In this role you will contribute to the ALM project by ensuring the implementation and testing of the ALM solution. You will work together with the ALM Project Core team and interface with Information System & Technology (IS&T) regarding the needs of business.



  • Drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/ projects following the deployment schedule
  • Organise reviews of project/ program processes under the ALM deployment (mapping to ALM, analyse the data)
  • Support troubleshooting/root cause identification in all phases of the project under deployment to ALM
  • Coordinate closely with verification and validation activities; support integration, tests, and validation phases
  • Provide/Support trainings for Key User and End User
  • Capture Return of Experience and formalise feedback to Core ALM Team
  • Provide a plan for mapping to ALM
  • Ensure the compatibility of all individual tools within the ALM solution
  • Promote the knowledge of ALM on Site
  • Ensure that provided ALM solution fulfils the project requirements.  



B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field



  • Solution Oriented 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.
  • Good Team player with ownership of assigned tasks & deliveries



  • Strong Problem-solving aptitude
  • 4+ years of professional experience 
  • Good knowledge of ALM, at least 2 years’ experience
  • Experienced within the Jazz Platform (at least one tool)
  • Knowledge of requirement management, verification, and validation processes
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools and workflow management tools is essential  (ex. ClearQuest, Git, RTC,  ...)
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology

  • Ability to master the current and future ALM tools 
  • Ability to manage a task from start to end, execute a task in a clear and understandable manner, anticipate tasks and communicate on encountered issues
  • Ability to learn quickly in an agile work environment.


IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ALM IBM 



  • Proficient in English language
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills
