Could you be the full-time onsite Tender Leader in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?


Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and orchestrate the deal team to secure successful bids and drive the company's growth. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including marketing, finance, and project management), developing and executing capture strategies, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive capture strategy,
  • Executing the capture strategy, including early positioning to win,
  • Consolidating a competitive and comprehensive tender,
  • Negotiating terms and finalizing the deal with clients,
  • Managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives,
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements,
  • Securing necessary internal approvals throughout the deal process,
  • Effectively promoting and selling the capture strategy both internally and externally,
  • Securing advanced payment and Notice to Proceed (NTP)

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field,
  • Experience or understanding of leading cross-functional teams in a commercial or sales environment,
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial finance,
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals
