Could you be the full-time onsite Tender Leader in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and orchestrate the tender team to secure successful bids and drive the company's growth. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including marketing, finance, and project management), developing and executing capture strategies, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive capture strategy,
- Executing the capture strategy, including early positioning to win.
- Define the appropriated win strategy including product selection, schedule, split of work, tender scoring… in consensus with the Platform, concerned Units and Partners
- Pass all necessary tender gate reviews for your competitive and comprehensive tender prior submission
- Negotiating terms and finalizing the contract with clients, at the right profitability.
- Managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives to win.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant company Golden rules, policies and regulatory requirements,
- Securing necessary internal approvals throughout the tender process,
- Effectively promoting and selling the capture strategy both internally and externally,
- Securing contract signature, Tender transfer meeting (TTM), advanced payment, Notice to Proceed (NTP). And adherence of first Finance Project Review (FPR0) adherence.

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field,
- Experience or understanding of leading cross-functional teams in a commercial or sales environment,
- Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial finance,
- Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals
