Could you be the full-time onsite Signaling Project Interface Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive signaling systems expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our Engineering teams located in Madrid, Istanbul, and Bangalore, and various on-site entities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Planning Managers and the Project Technical Manager), coordinate the integration of the ALSTOM solution into the project, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating with the Project Technical Manager to ensure seamless integration of ALSTOM solutions,

  • Controlling technical interfaces consistency through a robust engineering process, emphasizing quality, cost, and delivery (QCD),

  • Reviewing and comprehending all functional/electrical interface specifications and infrastructure requirements,

  • Building the engineering schedule in collaboration with the Planning Manager and identifying key milestones in conjunction with third parties,

  • Developing baselining strategies and defining Front-End Loading (FEL) and Full Investment Decision Point (FIVP) scopes, considering customer and third-party constraints,

  • Managing the configuration of technical inputs from customers and third parties alongside the PTM,

  • Obtaining customer approval on technical documents and addressing other technical concerns related to the project,

  • Reviewing all items from Engineering Detail Design documentation related to interface specifications,

  • Ensuring effective communication and problem-solving strategies are in place for interfacing with various stakeholders,

  • Leading and mentoring teams across diverse geographical locations to foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning.

  • Degree in Engineering or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across different geographical locations,

  • Knowledge of signaling systems and their integration into railway infrastructure,

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders,

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies,

  • Proven ability to manage complex technical interfaces within large-scale projects,

  • Experience in obtaining customer approval on technical documentation and addressing technical concerns
