Could you be the full-time Services Director - GCC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation in Saudi Arabia, ensuring operational excellence, financial stability, and customer satisfaction across all services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Business Development), oversee all service projects, drive continuous improvement, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of leading service project directors and managing operations and maintenance activities, but also contribute to strategic growth initiatives and long-term partnerships.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading all service projects across Saudi Arabia, including Metro Operations, Railway System Maintenance, and Transit System Services.

  • Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient project execution aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.

  • Driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across projects.

  • Owning the Services portfolio’s P&L performance and ensuring financial transparency and cost control.

  • Building trusted relationships with clients, authorities, and stakeholders across Saudi Arabia’s transport ecosystem.

  • Mentoring and developing project directors and leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture.


All about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • 20+ years of experience in railway or urban mobility services.

  • Strong operational background in railway or metro operations.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Operations & Maintenance organizations.

  • Experience managing complex multi-project service portfolios with full P&L accountability.

  • Knowledge of the GCC and/or Saudi Arabia market (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience supporting bids, mobilization, and strategic growth initiatives.
