Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational, coordination, and security management expertise in a dynamic and cutting-edge project environment. You will work alongside dedicated, professional teammates to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the project site. This role requires close collaboration across functions to coordinate security, logistics, and support services while maintaining alignment with project objectives and corporate standards.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to oversee security operations, manage site logistics, and support both routine and special project activities.
We’ll Look to You For:
- Overall coordination and supervision of site security operations, ensuring effective implementation of security strategies, procedures, and controls in line with company and country requirements.
- Collaborating with internal departments to align security functions with overall project objectives.
- Ensuring compliance of all security measures implemented on site, and providing advice and recommendations to the Site Project Director (PD) on security-related matters.
- Reporting all security incidents to the Site PD and the Country Security Manager, and ensuring appropriate measures are taken in coordination with local police and authorities.
- Anticipating and preparing for VIP visits in liaison with internal stakeholders and public authorities/security forces.
- Implementing site-level crisis management procedures in accordance with Group crisis management instructions.
- Reporting technical security issues, identifying root causes, and documenting corrective and preventive actions taken.
- Coordinating with procurement and finance teams to ensure security and logistics contracts are valid and payments are processed on time.
- Managing leased vehicles, including delivery to users and coordination of vehicle allocation for rental employees.
- Providing transportation support for project visitors and business guests.
- Being available on call outside working hours and on weekends to support drivers and address operational or emergency needs.
- Acting as the main interface with building management for all office-related issues and complaints.
- Coordinating logistics for special events, including business visits and company events, ensuring required reservations, equipment, and governmental permits are in place.

- Degree in Security Management or a related field.
- Experience or solid understanding of coordinating security measures within a corporate, industrial, or project environment.
- Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident handling procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in evolving environments and changing operational needs.
