Could you be the full-time onsite RAMS Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced engineering and RAMS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll lead the RAMS, regulation/safety certification activities at RSS contractor level, ensuring the integration of system safety requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, industrial, sourcing, quality, T&C, etc.), coordinating RAM and Safety activities between system and RSS subsystems, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the RAMS, regulation/safety certification activities at RSS contractor level.,

  • Coordinating the RAM and Safety activities between system and RSS subsystems,,

  • Identifying and demonstrating the contractual RAM and Safety requirements applicable to RSS contractor scope of work,,

  • Defining the applicable Safety activities for their relevant subsystems in a corresponding System Safety Plan,,

  • Performing the safety assessment and validation,,

  • Ensure the development of the Hazard Analysis and Hazard Log,,

  • Ensure the development of all required RAMS and Safety Studies,,

  • Ensure the apportionment of Risk Tolerability Criteria to Subsystems,,

  • Ensure the development of a Quantified Risk Assessment,,

  • Capture, apportion and demonstration of Safety Requirements;

  • Advanced University Degree in Engineering, RAMS or equivalent.,

  • Technical experience: knowledge on railway systems.,

  • Knowledge of RAMS methodologies and safety assessment processes.,

  • Familiarity with international railway safety standards such as EN 50126, 50128 & 50129.,

  • A certification or proven track record in safety management.,

  • Ability to convert safety strategy into actionable items.,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,

  • A structured and organized approach with a hands-on attitude.,

  • Experience in a multi-site, multi-cultural joint venture/consortium environment.,

  • Fluency in English with Arabic and French being advantageous.,

  • Openness to occasional international travel and short-term missions.
