Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in our client Maintenance Project through meticulous RAMS activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Quality Control, Design, and Operations), contribute to the adherence of QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) commitments, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Analyzing and evaluating system reliability and safety parameters,
- Identifying and assessing risks and possible failure modes,
- Developing and implementing RAMS plans and strategies,
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance,
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and reports,
- Providing RAMS guidance and support to the engineering team,
- Conducting and reviewing RAMS analyses and calculations,
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in RAMS methodologies

- Degree in Engineering,
- Experience or understanding of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) methodologies in the context of rail systems or similar industries,
- Knowledge of safety analysis and risk assessment processes,
- Familiarity with international engineering standards and regulations,
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
