Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that materials are delivered according to the Project's Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, directly impacting project execution success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Industrialization, Operations, Shopfloor, and Field Installation), oversee the internal Alstom supply material and product development cycle, coordinate with internal solutions business units and stakeholders, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating the Industrialization and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution. ,
  • Collaborating closely with Procurement (PPM or buyers) for external products sourced from suppliers. ,
  • Interfacing with the respective internal solutions business units and all other project stakeholders. ,
  • Managing the handover process to Operations & Maintenance upon project completion. ,
  • Representing the Industrial & Supply Chain scope as a member of the Project Core Team. ,
  • Acting as the connection between Operations (Supply Chain, Industrialization, Shopfloor, Field Installation) and the Project. ,
  • Ensuring the implementation of any repair and retrofit plans. ,
  • Driving alignment across teams to meet project goals and QCD commitments. ,
  • Overseeing the internal Alstom supply material, the internal product development cycle, and its manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of material planning, logistics, and procurement processes. ,
  • Leadership and team coordination skills. ,
  • Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management tools (e.g., ERP systems). ,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. ,
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
