Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll define and implement a Documentation Management within the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, Exceuting the documentation life cycle and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manages documentation management requirements from the Customer
  • Follows and makes sure rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by every team member
  • Ensures documentation is properly validated before any submission to Customer
  • Documentation Management KPIs (Quality, Delivery of in contractual documentation in due time)
  • Adherence to process, measured by process inspections
  • Perform overview about milestones in general, payment milestones, penalties

 

All about you

  • Degree in technical documentation.
  • 7+ Experience
  • Knowledge of Railway Domain.
  • Familiarity with Lascom AEC/Acomis/Project Wise/Aconex
