Could you be the full-time onsite Planning Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management and industrial planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and multi-talented teammates. You'll lead the orchestration of project schedules, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals and contractual requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality), animate and coordinate the project scheduling community, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Detailing the tender schedule using Reference Library templates, conducting gap analysis, securing Metiers commitments, and aligning with PXO tender strategy,

  • Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and proposing optimization & mitigation actions,

  • Contributing to the project strategy in compliance with contractual requirements,

  • Participating in the definition of project schedule interfaces with partners and the Customer,

  • Ensuring on-time delivery of all schedule deliverables down to the requested level,

  • Estimating the cost of Scheduling management effort,

  • Building the project schedule based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets, and data provided by stakeholders,

  • Proposing the project baseline, and ensuring its acceptance both internally and by the Customer,

  • Ensuring the consistency of all internal and external Stakeholders commitments, and managing the schedules interfaces

  • Degree in Engineering,

  • Experience or understanding of project management and industrial background,

  • Knowledge of project scheduling processes and different scheduling tools,

  • Familiarity with railway products, and a good understanding of Sub-Systems,

  • A certification or communication skill in English proficiency,

  • Ability to work with internal processes across various departments,

  • Proven track record in a similar role for at least 7 years,

  • Agility in handling schedule simulations and adapting to changing project goals,

  • Rigorous and structured approach with a strong sense of anticipation,

  • Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment,

  • Demonstrated management skills and ability to handle crucial conversations,

  • Organized, reactive, and committed to excellence,

  • Strong communication skills, persuasive and resilient
