Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your detail-oriented and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll manage your Supplier's portfolio to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods, directly impacting Alstom's operational success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance), express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to the governance of the Supplier's delivery performances, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Monitoring and managing Internal and/or External suppliers to meet Alstom's delivery timelines and requirements,
  • Contributing to the evaluation and governance of Supplier's delivery performance metrics,
  • Developing and implementing action plans for performance improvement in the supply chain,
  • Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure contractual terms are accurately represented in the ERP system,
  • Participating in risk management processes related to supply chain operations,
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers to convey delivery needs and expectations,
  • Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for process enhancement,
  • Driving innovation and adaptability in supply chain practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Experience or understanding of material planning and inventory control in a manufacturing or supply chain environment,
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in supply chain management,
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier relationship management,
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for performance improvement,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
  • Capacity for risk assessment and implementing mitigation strategies,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
