Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Diesel locomotives by providing top-notch maintenance expertise and technical support. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Service), offering technical guidance and ensuring adherence to the QCD commitments for the client Maintenance Project, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to the maintenance team,
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards,
  • Analyzing maintenance data to improve processes and reduce downtime,
  • Training and mentoring staff on new technologies and best practices,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities,
  • Managing maintenance schedules and resource allocation,
  • Monitoring the performance of maintenance operations against KPIs,
  • Overseeing the preparation and delivery of maintenance reports and documentation"

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and best practices in the railway industry,

  • Resilience and adaptability in facing complex challenges,
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
