Could you be the full-time onsite GCC TAX Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive tax management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, collaborative, and strategic teammates. You'll lead the way in optimizing our financial outcomes by effectively managing tax affairs within the GCC region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Customs, logistics, procurement, etc.), ensure compliance with tax regulations and implement robust transfer pricing policies, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Collaborating with country finance teams to manage effective tax rates and cash tax outflow,

Implementing and maintaining a robust and consistent transfer pricing policy,
-
Managing tax risks and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations,
-
Providing strategic tax planning and advice to support business objectives,
-
Developing and enhancing tax rule understanding across multiple functions such as Customs, logistics, and procurement,
-
Supporting the implementation of tax and transfer pricing processes on new projects,
-
Ensuring proper tax compliance and reporting in coordination with the Country Finance Director,
-
Acting as a guardian of tax rules and a recognized business partner within the organization,

Requesting approvals from the Country Finance Director & AMECA Tax Director when necessary,

Delivering sustainable financial results through adept tax management

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,

Experience or understanding of tax regulations and compliance in GCC countries,

Knowledge of transfer pricing and its application within a multinational company,

Familiarity with financial reporting and tax filing procedures,

Ability to interpret and apply tax laws to business operations,
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

Leadership qualities to manage tax affairs proactively and support cross-departmental understanding,

Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
