Could you be the full-time Facility coordinator in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
We’ll look to you for:
- Daily Facility activity, Supporting in checking & planning Facility items (Pentry, stationary..etc.) and managing Facility cleaners team and drivers activities.
- Facility management scope includes 3 main sites (Depot L4&6 – Depot L5 – Two Depots for L3).
- Support in Creating and updating Facility frequent reports, presentations.
- Take care of Asset management (Non-transit system assets) such as: Furniture, and TVs ..etc.
- Support with the interface within the Consortium, also with external partis.
- Work closely with security team to improve Staff & Vehicles access to sites and parking in each depot.
- Support with Facilitating staff occupancy in Depots in term of: Agreements with Stakeholders, Fit-out & Layout, Temporary & permanent Furniture, Equipment (Non Transit system).
- Work on day to day routine services such as: Issuing IDs, Pantry items, Laundry and uniform management, catering. Etc.
- Ensure all Facilities are following EHS requirement and implementing ALSTOM standards.
- Participating in other activities assigned by Facility manager.
- Ensuring the Safety, Environmental, and Health requirements when planning activities to be perform based on ALSTOM standers.

Facility management Diploma holder or similar qualification.

Languages: English & Arabic.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license, with the capability to travel to various locations within Riyadh as required.
- Capability to supervise site activities related to facility.
- Understanding Facility management scope and lead related initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Safety team and other departments for shared activities.
- Good Microsoft office skills such as: Excel & word, other software’s is a plus.
