Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of maintenance documentation, contributing significantly to the success of our client Maintenance Projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Quality Assurance, Client Services), managing documentation workflows and deliverables, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and aligns with client specifications,
- Managing the delivery of all contractually required documents within agreed timelines,
- Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments,
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives,
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation,
- Continuously improving documentation processes and systems,
- Adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance in all documentation practices,
- Providing clear and concise communication with stakeholders regarding documentation status,
- Supporting the project team in any audits or reviews related to maintenance documentation,
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices within the team for continuous learning and improvement

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field,
- Experience or understanding of maintenance documentation processes,
- Familiarity with engineering documentation standards and best practices,
- Knowledge of contract requirement activities,
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail,
- Capacity for managing multiple tasks and deadlines,
- Proficiency in document management systems,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
